Once you’ve registered online, our admin team will send you a confirmation email within three days. Seven days before the course starts, we’ll confirm if the course is running and send you either a confirmation notice or a notice of postponement/cancellation.
1.報名全套課程之所有優惠方案,僅限報名本人使用,不得轉讓他人。
2.請於開課前繳交課程費用。
3.補習班管理規則第33條:補習班學生繳納費用後離班者,補習班應依下列規定辦理退費:
(a)學生於開課日前第六十日以前提出退費申請者,補習班應退還當期開班約定繳納費用總額百分之九十五,惟補習班所收取之百分之五部分超過新臺幣一仟元者之部分,仍應退還。
(b)學生於開課日前第五十九日至第八日提出退費申請者,補習班應退還當期開班約定繳納費用總額百分之九十。
(c)學生於開課日前第七日至第一日提出退費申請者,應退還當期開班約定繳納費用總額百分之八十。
(d)學生於實際開課日期起第二日(或次)上課前(不含當次)提出退費申請者,補習班應退還當期開班約定繳納費用總額百分之七十。
(e)學生於實際開課日期起第二日(或次)上課後且未逾全期(或總課程時數)三分之一期間內提出退費申請,補習班應退還約定繳納費用百分之五十。
(f)學生於實際開課期間已逾全期(或總課程時數)三分之一者,補習班所收取之當期費用得全數不予退還。
*補習班招收學生收費超過一學期者,該學期部分適用前項規定退費,其餘所收費用應全額退還。
*第一項約定繳納費用總額,不得扣除補習班訂定之報名費、訂位金或其他收費項目。
* 補習班所收取之代辦費應全額退還。但已購置成品者,發給成品。
Class content and materials are protected by intellectual property rights, so recording audio or video during class is strictly prohibited. If detected by the instructor or staff, the company reserves the right to confiscate the relevant equipment and materials.
Besides impacting your learning progress and effectiveness, if your time off exceeds one-third of the total course hours, you won’t be eligible for a completion certificate.
Be sure to contact AIN's admin team to request time off before class. Your leave status will impact your ability to make up classes or reattend, so please be sure to follow the procedure.
If you're a designated course customer, you’re eligible for free reattend and make-up classes. To schedule, simply apply online within a year for the same course version. Fill in your preferred dates and times, and our team will find a slot that works for you. After submitting your application, a representative will reach out to confirm everything.
