思科自上世紀末以來，一直是網路設備的領導品牌，就像貝多芬的九大交響曲，穩居經典地位。這次參加全智網的 DNAAS 課程，與十多年前的經驗相比，感受大不相同： 一、教材雲端化，不再發厚厚講義，環保又便利，還能透過 Cisco eReader 離線閱讀。 二、支援視訊上課，在家或公司就能參與，靈活度大幅提升。 DNAAS 為期三天，聚焦思科 DNAC 的自動化與保障功能。雖然我熟悉思科設備，但 DNAC 作為應用層的網管平台，對我來說是嶄新領域。課程讓我逐步熟悉操作介面，理解產品概念。講師蔡孟儒技術扎實、節奏得當，搭配實例講解，讓學習更有深度也更具實務價值。

I’ve been in IT since college, working over two years as a network engineer at a semiconductor fab. Inspired by strategies like ‘infrastructure as code’ and ‘IT automation,’ my company sponsored me for AIN’s Cisco DevNet course—and it exceeded all expectations. What I thought would be basic Python automation turned into a deep dive into networking, CICD, automation, software engineering, Git, Docker, and troubleshooting. The mix of theory, labs, and hands-on projects made it incredibly effective. In just five days, I gained practical skills, mastered key tools, and left with a solid understanding of how to apply these technologies in real-world scenarios. AIN’s DevNet course is a game-changer!

My first class at AIN was outstanding! The staff and instructors were incredibly professional, and the coordinator shared valuable tips from their own certification experience. The first three days covered ISO 27001 standards, with clear explanations and practical examples that made complex clauses easy to understand. On the last two days, an experienced TCIC lead auditor provided hands-on training, sharing real-world scenarios and solutions. The five-day course was intense but well-organized, turning what seemed like dry material into actionable knowledge. I left with a clear understanding of ISO 27001 and how it strengthens a company’s cybersecurity

Cybersecurity job hunting is tough, and ISO courses are always in high demand. Thanks to AIN and Roy's support, I earned my Lead Auditor certification during the ISO 27001 LA course (Dec 4–8, 2023). The experience was fantastic! Great environment with daily lunch, coffee, and snacks. The TCIC instructors were top-notch, delivering professional training. The staff was super helpful, making the whole learning process smooth and enjoyable

What stood out to me was the hands-on approach. The instructor used group discussions with real-world scenarios, bringing together diverse views from participants in different industries. This made the course practical and helped me truly understand and apply the ISO 27001:2022 standard—not just memorize theory. For the exam, staying focused in class and practicing the assignments were key. The test required a minimum of 50% in each section and an overall average of 65%, which wasn’t easy. Regular review and following the instructor’s guidance really helped me stay on track and pass!

The course helped me understand standards that I can use to set up new OT network security protocols and get certified. David’s reviews, true/false quizzes, and pre-exam tips were super helpful. The test included single-choice, multiple-choice, and short-answer questions. Big thanks to AIN for the top-notch classes and great environment—snacks, coffee, and delicious lunch boxes made it even better. I’d love to come back to Taipei for more training!

During AIN's CC Cybersecurity course, the instructor's expertise provided clear and practical insights, deepening my understanding of key concepts and clarifying technical terms through relatable examples. For instance, encryption was likened to locking a door, highlighting its importance across data usage, transit, and storage for maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA). The course also emphasized essential cybersecurity habits like keeping systems updated, using firewalls, and installing antivirus software—simple yet crucial practices. This practical and habit-forming approach made the course highly valuable and is a key reason I’ll choose AIN again in the future

During the 5-day course, Instructor Lettuce Tsai Meng-Ru provided professional and insightful guidance, helping students gain a deep understanding of DNA's architecture, technologies, interface, and practical configuration and troubleshooting skills. Step by step, we completed all hands-on exercises, successfully installed the DNA controller in our lab, and demonstrated its operations to clients. AIN's instructors, including James Lee and Lettuce Tsai, are highly regarded in the industry for their expertise. I personally benefited from Instructor Tsai's CCIE Bootcamp, which helped me earn my CCIE certification. Attending AIN courses not only provides professional, practical knowledge but is also a valuable investment in yourself during this AI-driven era. Investing in yourself is the best investment you can make!
