To become a certified instructor at AIN, candidates must meet the basic requirements mentioned above, participate in a trial lecture, and be approved by the AIN management team. Additionally, they must pass the original certification body’s instructor assessment process. As a result, every AIN instructor undergoes a rigorous selection and evaluation process before they are allowed to teach.
AIN regularly provides instructors with opportunities for further education and hands-on experience. Each year, we conduct post-course student satisfaction surveys to assess teaching quality. Based on this feedback, the management team provides individual instructors with recommendations for improvement, aiming to foster mutual growth between teachers and students, while serving businesses and giving back to society.
Many business owners value AIN-trained graduates because they align with AIN’s "learning by doing" philosophy. AIN’s goal is for students to not only pass international certification exams but also apply their knowledge through hands-on practice and group exercises, giving them real-world experience that enhances their skills and boosts their career competitiveness.
We Run Business as Boutique Stores
Students love the cozy, boutique-style atmosphere at AIN. We run our training like a boutique, focusing on cybersecurity and networking. Besides top-tier instructors and cutting-edge tech, we understand that attending class can feel like a little retreat. That’s why we offer lunches, afternoon tea, and even a coffee grinder and tea for a relaxing, enjoyable learning experience.
AIN is all about connecting instructors and students. We don’t just provide students with an exceptional learning environment; we also offer instructors generous compensation—above the industry standard. These investments, regardless of cost, are made to attract top-tier instructors and create the best possible learning experience for our students.
Additionally, AIN pays attention to every detail of service and experience~ Before the course begins, we set up a Line group for the class to provide pre-course reminders and study materials, creating a connection between students, instructors, and the administration and sales teams. This is all part of our carefully planned service process. Even after the course ends, the class group remains active, allowing students to stay closely connected with AIN instructors and staff for continuous customer support.
In addition, AIN insists on strict control over class sizes~ Hands-on courses are limited to no more than 16 students per class, and group exercises are capped at 20 students per class. This high standard is something most training institutions cannot match.
The AIN management team deliberately chooses not to focus on short-term profits from the training business. Instead, they embrace a "long-term approach" and a "slow money" mindset to sustainably run this important educational venture. AIN believes that education and training should start with top-quality instructors, then expand to quality course materials, hands-on practice, group exercises, administrative processes, and hardware/software equipment. Every aspect, from the inside out, must be focused on and refined. AIN aims to offer the highest-quality cybersecurity and networking courses for Taiwan's ICT industry, operating like a boutique.
The rapid development of emerging technologies and the fast-changing landscape of knowledge are driving digital transformation and dramatic shifts in industry economic structures. To keep up, AIN not only offers traditional in-person training but is also committed to providing live online classes and digital courses. Our goal is to break down the barriers of time and space, creating a continuous, lifelong learning model for growth and development.
AIN is dedicated to developing more skilled professionals for Taiwan's ICT industry, with a focus on network skills, cybersecurity education, and AI as a key enabler. Our goal is to showcase Taiwan's technological excellence on the global stage and position AIN as a leader in cybersecurity, networking, and AI training in Taiwan.
