Once you’ve registered online, our admin team will send you a confirmation email within three days. Seven days before the course starts, we’ll confirm if the course is running and send you either a confirmation notice or a notice of postponement/cancellation.
1. All discounts for enrolling in the full set of courses are for the registrant's use only and cannot be transferred to others.
2. Please make the payment before the course begins.
3. According to Article 33 of the Training Center Management Rules: If a student withdraws after paying the course fee, the training center will process the refund based on the following regulations:
(a) If a student requests a refund more than 60 days before the course starts, the training center will refund 95% of the total course fee. However, if the training center’s 5% fee exceeds NTD 1,000, the excess amount will also be refunded.
(b) If a student requests a refund between 59 to 8 days before the course starts, the training center will refund 90% of the total course fee.
(c) If a student requests a refund between 7 to 1 day before the course starts, the training center will refund 80% of the total course fee.
(d) If a student requests a refund on the second day (or later) after the course starts, but before the next class session (excluding the current session), the training center will refund 70% of the total course fee.
(e) If a student requests a refund after the second class session (or later) but within one-third of the total course duration, the training center will refund 50% of the agreed course fee.
(f) If a student has attended more than one-third of the total course duration, the training center will not refund any portion of the course fee.
* If the training center charges students for a period exceeding one semester, the refund for the portion corresponding to the previous provisions will apply, and the remaining fees should be refunded in full.
* The total course fee mentioned in the first provision shall not be reduced by any registration fees, reservation fees, or other charges set by the training center.
* The handling fee charged by the training center will be fully refunded. However, if any products have been purchased, the products will be provided.
Class content and materials are protected by intellectual property rights, so recording audio or video during class is strictly prohibited. If detected by the instructor or staff, the company reserves the right to confiscate the relevant equipment and materials.
Besides impacting your learning progress and effectiveness, if your time off exceeds one-third of the total course hours, you won’t be eligible for a completion certificate.
Be sure to contact AIN's admin team to request time off before class. Your leave status will impact your ability to make up classes or reattend, so please be sure to follow the procedure.
If you're a designated course customer, you’re eligible for free reattend and make-up classes. To schedule, simply apply online within a year for the same course version. Fill in your preferred dates and times, and our team will find a slot that works for you. After submitting your application, a representative will reach out to confirm everything.
