With a solid educational background from both domestic and international universities, and over 29 years of experience in network and security training, along with 8 years of hands-on IT management experience, this individual has an extensive career. After completing a Master's degree in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology in 1987, they worked for nearly 8 years in the U.S. IT industry, focusing on programming, systems analysis, and IT management. During this time, they significantly advanced in network technology, information systems, and even their English skills!
In 1994, after returning to Taiwan and obtaining the first instructor certification (CNI - Novell Instructor), they embarked on a nearly 30-year teaching career. Driven by a passion for teaching, nurturing talent, and the joy of mutual growth, they went on to earn multiple engineer and instructor certifications from top vendors, including Cisco, Juniper, EMC, CompTIA, Palo Alto, and ISC2. Today, they continue to teach, expanding from their original expertise in network technology to the field of cybersecurity. The individual also possesses the following qualities:

Key work experience in the last 4 years：
Continuing as a full-time instructor, covering official vendor training courses such as Cisco, Juniper, CompTIA, ISC2, Palo Alto, and providing customized training courses for corporate clients. They also conduct project-based training with telecom providers, businesses, military, and government organizations.
Key work experience in the last 25 years：
⚫ 1999 - 2019: Over 20 years of providing industry network engineers with 20+ Cisco professional certifications and technical training courses, including CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and other expert-level courses (Data Center, Network Management, Wireless LAN). ⚫ Served as a Cisco consultant for 2 years, providing technical training to Cisco internal and partner engineers.
⚫ Participated in multiple Cisco APAC technical training projects, serving as an instructor for various countries and regions. Projects included solutions for wide-area wireless, local wireless, IP telephony, smart enterprise networks, and data center storage networks.
⚫ Served as a Cisco instructor proctor (ICP Proctor), conducting ICP instructor certification programs across the APAC region for 10 years. ⚫ Participated in multiple Juniper Greater China technical training projects, serving as an instructor and providing Juniper technical training to partner and customer engineers.
⚫ 1994 - 1999: Over a 5-year period, trained 1000+ network engineers, certified 200+ network engineers, and certified 20+ instructors. Also founded the Networking Club, which grew to have over 2000+ professional members.
⚫ Key responsibilities included planning, designing, marketing, and delivering 20+ training courses, covering network technologies, professional certifications, and customized courses. Managed network training operations, supported training services, and provided technical consulting for both internal teams and the public. ⚫ Additionally, responsible for Novell partner technical training programs, totaling 12 sessions, 250 engineers, and 426 hours.
