接受過國內外完整的大學及研究所正式教育，擁有超過 29 年的網路和安全培訓經驗以及 8 年 的 IT 實務工作管理經驗。1987 年完成美國佛州理工學院電腦科學碩士學位後，開時投入美國資訊 工作職場將近 8 年，內容主要為程式設計、系統分析與 IT 管理工作。網路技術、資訊系統等 IT 管 理工作，甚至英文能力都在此期間有著大幅成長與進步！
1994 年回國，考取第一個講師認證 (CNI - Novell 講師) 後，開啟了往後將近 30 年的教學生涯。 秉持教學熱忱、作育英才、教學相長的樂趣與成就感，陸續考取多家原廠的工程師與講師認證，其 中包括：Cisco、Juniper、EMC、CompTIA、Palo Alto、ISC2。

Key work experience in the last 4 years：
Continuing as a full-time instructor, covering official vendor training courses such as Cisco, Juniper, CompTIA, ISC2, Palo Alto, and providing customized training courses for corporate clients. They also conduct project-based training with telecom providers, businesses, military, and government organizations.
Key work experience in the last 25 years：
⚫ 1999 - 2019: Over 20 years of providing industry network engineers with 20+ Cisco professional certifications and technical training courses, including CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and other expert-level courses (Data Center, Network Management, Wireless LAN). ⚫ Served as a Cisco consultant for 2 years, providing technical training to Cisco internal and partner engineers.
⚫ Participated in multiple Cisco APAC technical training projects, serving as an instructor for various countries and regions. Projects included solutions for wide-area wireless, local wireless, IP telephony, smart enterprise networks, and data center storage networks.
⚫ Served as a Cisco instructor proctor (ICP Proctor), conducting ICP instructor certification programs across the APAC region for 10 years. ⚫ Participated in multiple Juniper Greater China technical training projects, serving as an instructor and providing Juniper technical training to partner and customer engineers.
⚫ 1994 - 1999: Over a 5-year period, trained 1000+ network engineers, certified 200+ network engineers, and certified 20+ instructors. Also founded the Networking Club, which grew to have over 2000+ professional members.
⚫ Key responsibilities included planning, designing, marketing, and delivering 20+ training courses, covering network technologies, professional certifications, and customized courses. Managed network training operations, supported training services, and provided technical consulting for both internal teams and the public. ⚫ Additionally, responsible for Novell partner technical training programs, totaling 12 sessions, 250 engineers, and 426 hours.
